The Services may only be used if the user form a contract with Directoid and only if he is not forbidden to use such services under the law of the territories subject to the use of Directoid. The Services may only be used in accordance with the Terms of Service and in compliance with local, national, federal and international laws and regulations.
Services provided by Directoid are constantly evolving and therefore, the form and nature of the Services provided by Directoid are subject to occasional change without notice. In addition, Directoid may stop (temporarily or permanently) providing the Services (or any features within the services) without notice. Directoid also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by Directoid are subject to change. Directoid provides access and usage of its Services. In return, Directoid and its suppliers and partners, reserve the right to include advertisements in the Services or the display of content and data transmitted through the Services, regardless of whether the Content or the data is submitted by you or others.
Confidentiality
Any information provided to Directoid is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. By using the Services, the user authorizes the collection and use of information (as specified in the Privacy Policy), including the transfer of data to the United States and / or other countries for storage, processing and use by Directoid. As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These releases are considered part of the Services and your Directoid account, and may thus be required.
Passwords
You are responsible for protecting the password you use to connect to the Services and any actions or activities for which you will have to use that password. We encourage you to use a strong password ideally formed from a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Directoid can not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
Contents
All Content, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. The supervision or control of the content posted via the Service are not routinely provided. Directoid can not be held responsible for such content. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
We do not endorse nor support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of the content posted via the Services. We do not endorse any views expressed through the Services. By using the Services, the user may encounter content that is defamatory, harmful, inaccurate, inappropriate and sometimes mislabeled or misleading. Under no circumstances will Directoid be held responsible in any way for the content of the site, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Services or broadcast elsewhere.
Rights
The user's retain the right of any content they submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, User grants Directoid a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty-free with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify , publish, transmit, display and distribute the Content in any media or any method of distribution (now known or later developed).
In summary, you authorize us to make your content available to the world and you let others do the same.
You agree that this license includes the right for Directoid to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals working in partnership with Directoid for syndication, broadcast, distribution or publication of such content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use.
We may modify or adapt your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media. Similarly, the Content may be modified to conform and adapt to the requirements or limitations of other networks, devices, services or media.
Directoid reserves the right at any time (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. The user is requested to review the rules that are part of Directoid Terms of Service to better understand what is prohibited on the Services.
The following acts are prohibited when using our services: (i) access, alter, or use non-public areas of the Service, Directoid computer systems, (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Directoid (and only pursuant to those terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Directoid (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Directoid is expressly prohibited), (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
